Like the name implies this is neither a New England IPA nor a west coast IPA we combined what we believe are the best qualities of both styles for this IPA.
Our good friends at Lion Bines Hop Farm in Mechanicsburg, PA provided the Chinook hops we used in this "wet hop" style beer. Their hop-cones were freshly picked that morning, and nestled nicely in our boil kettle by the afternoon, thusly exuding alpha acids and citrusy aromatics, contributing to the unique flavors in this beer!
This is our 100th beer so we decided to go big. There are many pounds of hops and many pounds of grain for the big ABV enjoy this one cautiously. cheers !
